Our goal: Raise enough to cover the costs of feeding every youth in our shelter for the month of December.
It costs us $80 to feed one youth for a week.
There are currently 45 young people living in our emergency shelter.
$80 x 4 weeks x 45 youth = $14,400.
Let's use this Giving Tuesday to raise $14,400 and provide healthy, delicious meals to every youth at our shelter.

Grocery Gift Card Donations
Gift cards for grocery stores will be shared with youth in our transitional housing program so they can purchase and prepare food for themselves.
Gift card donations can be accepted at any time. The list below includes vendors that most often meet the needs of our youth. Each link will take you to a page where you can purchase gift cards. You can either drop these cards off yourself or have them sent directly to our address:

Outreach Wish List
Our Amazon Charity lists feature our most pressing requests for the specific needs of our youth.
Our Outreach Team goes out into neighborhoods, parks and other places where youth facing homelessness seek refuge to offer them food and counseling in order to build trust and a relationship that will encourage them to come to Covenant House. The Outreach Wish List is made up of mainly food items that are most desperately needed by youth in these situations.
