Covenant House Pennsylvania is always in search of motivated and skilled staff who want to make a difference in the lives of homeless young people. We are always seeking qualified and engaged Youth Advisors at our Crisis Shelter in Philadelphia. Openings include full time, part time and per diem shifts.

Youth Engagement Specialist


We are always seeking qualified and engagedYouth Engagement Specialist at our Crisis Shelter in York, PA. Openings include full time and per diem shifts. 




Administrative Internships


Available Internships:


Now accepting applications for Full or Half Year Internships beginning Fall 2023.


All interns must have availability to work Monday through Friday during business hours.

Basic Intern Requirements


Basic skills are required of our Interns. They include:


- Strong writing skills

- Strong verbal communication skills

- Ability to learn quickly and work with deadlines

- Interest in the area of non-profit organizations and serving homeless clients

- Willingness to assist with all tasks and to think innovatively

- Previous volunteer & leadership experience a plus
