Robert Mauch is the Executive Vice President & Group President of AmerisourceBergen Corporation. In this role, he is focused on creating a best-in-class customer experience and driving growth through strategically relevant, valued-added solutions for providers of pharmaceutical care. Mr. Mauch has a more than 30-year career in pharmaceutical care. He received his Pharm.D. from Mercer University and his Ph.D. in pharmacy administration from the University of South Carolina where he pursued a focus in health economics—specifically, the total cost and benefit of effective pharmaceutical healthcare. Passionate about giving back to the community, Mr. Mauch has served many charitable and civic organizations. Since 2016, he has served on the Board of Directors for Covenant House Pennsylvania and was appointed to Chair in 2018. Mr. Mauch is deeply inspired by the mission of Covenant House Pennsylvania and remembers fondly the first time he participated in the Covenant House Sleep Out Movement in 2016 – “My passion for Covenant House was already set before the sleep out. I was already all in. What the sleep out did was solidify what I already knew; Covenant House is doing incredible work for amazing people. The organization has a real, tangible impact on people—kids—who really need help.” He’s humbled by the opportunity to continue sharing and contributing to the positive difference the organization makes in the lives of homeless youth through his role on the Board of Directors.

Rob graduated from Villanova University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He founded Kita, Gorman & Associates, a full service wealth management and financial planning firm in September 1999. After attending a Covenant House Pennsylvania event, Rob was moved by the mission of helping the homeless youth of Philadelphia and motivated to take action with the organization. He started working with Covenant House Pennsylvania in 2009 to develop the Young Professional Associate Board, which he ran for seven years. He became a member of Covenant House PA’s Board of Directors in 2014 and served as the Chair of the Finance committee from 2015 until 2019. He currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors. His hope is that through his work with Covenant House Pennsylvania that he can make a lasting impact on the lives of at-risk youth by providing them the tools they need to positively impact their future.
