For over 25 years our free, trauma-informed continuum of care has served over 57,000 young people in Philadelphia and York, PA.

Youth experiencing homelessness and human trafficking encounter unconditional love, absolute respect, and relentless engagement at CHPA. Our doors are open 24/7 to provide shelter, food, medical and mental health care, educational and vocational support, and supportive services.

We provide every youth we serve the chance to gain long-term, stable independence.
