Comcast Cares Day at The Cov!

On April 21, 2017, employees of Comcast joined us at our Crisis Center for a Corporate Immersion Day in honor of their Comcast Cares Day program. The day centered around the Comcast employees sharing their experiences of working for the telecommunications giant and offering our youth constructive feedback through a series of mock interviews. 

The day was a huge success. Fourteen of our young people were able to enjoy the experience and walk away with valuable insight on how to improve thier chances at obtaining the jobs they desire. But more importantly, they received positive affirmation on the strengths they already possessed. It is always great to give our youth the chance to hear from supporters beyond the staff of Covenant House Pennsylvania. Thank you Comcast and look foward to seeing you again soon!
