The Covenant House Associate Board is a community of young professionals with a strong desire to do something about the growing number of homeless youth in Philadelphia. Through social events, service, advocacy and networking, members work together to support the work and youth of Covenant House Pennsylvania. We are united by a passion for supporting the resilient youth of Covenant House and building a community of likeminded young professionals.
Every year, the Associate Board helps plan the annual Sleep Out: Young Professionals Edition, an incredible night in March that raises funds and awareness to support Covenant House Pennsylvania. Help us meet our goal of raising over $150,000 to benefit the homeless youth of Covenant House Pennsylvania!
In addition, our committees work year round on a variety of other activities:
Social Committee: Plan happy hours and fun events that allow us to raise awareness and funds, build community, and recruit new participants for the Sleep Out!
Service Committee: Organize activities that build connections between the youth of Covenant House and Associate Board members.
Recruitment and Advocacy Committee: Interested in bringing more people to the cause? Join the and Advocacy Committee to get out into the community and find new members!
Camaraderie Committee: Help organize hang-outs for the Associate Board!
Marketing Committee: Are you a whiz at social media and Photoshop? The Committee helps promote all Associate Board events.
Engage your own networks and support Covenant House PA by fundraising through the
Philadelphia Marathon, Dragon Boat Festival Home Team, sponsoring a day of youth career exposure with your office, and more!
