Sleep Out: Young Professionals
In March 2017, almost 150 Young Professionals in Philadelphia slept outside for the night and raised over $140,000 to support the youth of Covenant House Pennsylvania! It's a meaningful way to get involved as you sleep outside for one night so young people don't have to. For more information click here or contact Robert Zindell, Events Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sleep Out: Women Unite
This past April, Covenant House Pennsylvania hosted its first Sleep Out: Women Unite, raising almost $54,000. Forty-four women from the Philadelphia region came together to support our most vulnerable population - our homeless young mothers and their children. If you want to learn more about next year's event click here or contact Suzanne Danella, Development Office Manager, at email@example.com
Sleep Out: Executive Edition
Last November, almost 81 business executives and community leaders slept out and raised $275,000 to support our young people. If you are an executive or senior leader in your company we invite you to recruit your colleagues and join the movement. Get involved and make a difference. Sleep Out: Student Edition
Age is no limit to the potential of student groups. Middle school, high school, and college students take on the challenge of planning a Sleep Out in their own communities to experience some of the struggles faced by homeless people their age – while raising modest funds to support the basic needs of young people.
Covenant House Pennsylvania doesn’t dictate dates or times for Sleep Out: Student Edition, rather we follow the lead of the student groups. Students across the country are choosing to Sleep Out with their classmates on school property, with a faith community or civic club at a community center, as members of a sports team on a field, or with a group of like-minded friends in a private backyard. Covenant House Pennsylvania recommends that all student groups be actively chaperoned by adults.
Sleep Out: America
Have you wanted to Sleep Out and raise money for our young people who are in need of your support? But things got in the way: small children at home, distance to a Sleep Out event, work schedules, etc. We've all been there, right? Well we have the event just for you!
Covenant House Pennsylvania has launched Sleep Out: America. This allows you to plan your own sleep out where you feel most comfortable and gives you all the same fundraising tools and support that all our sleepers have gotten through our other events. To learn more how you can join Sleep Out: America and raise funds for Covenant House Pennsylvania click here or contact Robert Zindell, Events Manager, at email@example.com
