Hiring one of our youth is one of the greatest ways that you can help Covenant House. The job market for these youth is not exactly strong, and what we have found is that when given a chance, our young people thrive. These young adults are resilient, talented, bright, and are actively looking for positive and gainful employment. The youth who come to us have often never been given the opportunity to succeed. They are ready for that opportunity.
