Rights of Passage: Rights of Passage is a transitional living program for young adults. The goal of the program is to help young adults acquire the skills they need to live on their own in a self-sufficient and healthy manner.

Rights of Passage Apartment Living (ROPAL):

Rights of Passage Apartment Living program is the newest addition to Covenant House Pennsylvania’s continuum of services. ROPAL is a subsidized apartment program for youth transitioning to adulthood.
